Well it does in fact rain in the desert! Last night it rained and it poured... it flooded many intersections. Not sure this city was engineered to handeled as much rain as we got. Some cars at my apartment complex were a total loss, just because they happen to park in a low lying area.
Some people risked damaging their car and parked on higher ground. That curb is a good 4in or so, just can't see it because it's under water.
This was the worse I saw, that car will need work to before it drives again.
